Turkey, Sausage and Cherry Burgers

Turkey, Sausage and Cherry Burgers

On a blistering hot summer day at Skaha Lake in British Columbia we prepared these burgers out on the grill. The dried cherries add a great sweetness to the turkey and pork sausage and it is a nice alternative to traditional beef burgers – the entire family really enjoyed them.
