Grilled shrimp with garlicky tomato glaze

This recipe has been in our repertoire for over 10 years now, as it’s one of our favorite shrimp dishes and is so easy to prepare. To get good quality shrimp at a great price, check out Costco as they sell large deveined, peeled frozen shrimp at a price I can’t find lower elsewhere (and it is MSC certified as well). The recipe has been adapted from our Williams Sonoma Complete Grilling Cookbook.

  5. Boil the remaining marinade.. we’ll use it as a baste as the shrimp grill.
