Four Bean Salad

Serves: 4+
  1. Drain all the beans and transfer to a large bowl. Add the red pepper strips and onions.
  2. For the dressing, in a saucepan over medium heat mix the sugar, vinegar, oil and cook until sugar is dissolved.
  3. At the end add the celery seed, salt and pepper to taste and stir.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix well.
  5. Transfer the salad to an airtight container and leave in the refrigerator for several hours (or preferably overnight).
  6. Before serving, drain excess dressing.
