  • ½ avocado mashed
  • 1 tablespoon Kirkland maple syrup
  • ¼ cup hazelnut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons chia gel (Costco sells C&F Chia seeds - to make a gel mix 1 tablespoon dry chia seeds with 1 cup of water, mix and wait 10 minutes)
  • 3 tablespoons coconut palm sugar
  • ¼ cup hazelnuts, roasted and chopped (Costco sells nuts at a fabulous price)
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup oat flour (only oats)
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350F
  2. Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Wet your hands and then scoop up a small amount of cookie batter and shape into a ball the size of a walnut.
  4. Place the balls on a baking pan which has been covered with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten the ball with your hand and place into the oven.
  6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
